History of Battlestar Galactica
History of Battlestar Galactica
A Chronology of Events concerning the the three Battlestar Galactica television series
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Some have disputed my recollections of past events, but I believe it is constant with the above timeline. The timeline should be educational to newcomers that are interested in the history of all the Galactica television shows and the various attempts to revive the show.

Not bad - not bad at all.
If you want more, though, check out the information at the Cylon Alliance:
CA BSG Section
Updates happen, too.
I find something fascinating, though. Read through that and you see something consistent throughout the entire 25 years that covers - and that's an interest in continuing the original. Every toy, everything; any time the fans speak they said 'continuation'.
Pity they didn't listen. It would have been grand.

I had to wait and watch "Take the Celestra" when it aired in rerun.
I was in the hospital, welcoming my daugther, Athena into the world :-)

Hmm, very interesting reading. Also, I don't believe that I've ever seen that TV guide cover before. That was pretty cool.

Very cool Sci-Fi Thank you
I skimed it briefly I noticed though that the last entry says:
"Battlestar Galactica begins its regular run on SPACE The Imagination Station in Canada, Saturdays at 8:00 PM and then re-run on Sundays at 8:00 PM."
For me it's 5 pm Sat and 3 pm Sun, in Canada. Now the first one might be an EST vs. PST thing but the second one not sure what that's about ... just thought I'd mention it

That's pretty cool, but they failed to mention that Grace 'Boomer' Park was also born on 8th April 1980 (the same day as Katee 'Starbuck' Sackhoff) and that's only 2 Months before I was born

Yeah, I think that John's even older than me, but not by much. I was born in 1960 and graduated in the oh-so-famous year of 1978!

it's hard to tell because not everyone says when they were born or even tells the truth about that LOL! We have some members who are teenagers though.

Hey Spike,
Be sure to avoid microwave ovens as well. Cylons and microwaves don't mix. I remember being at halloween party back in 1980 with my good friend Wolfman Jack when we learned that lesson the hard way.
