Well, his first presentation was at 1 pm Friday- why, I don't know, horrible slot, but it was a great success nonetheless. Unfortunately, many latecomers to the con didn't get to see the trailers.
His presentation Saturday was a writers workshop with Brad Lineweaver, and the presentation Sunday had problems. It was in a tiny room with just a TV. I tried to get video equipment, and got a projector and a screen (think of the stuff you used in high school), which would have been all right, but the sound did not work, so that was a loss. Plus, the room was too small, people were lined up outside. Richard had to get a mic to be heard. One time, he said, "Hello, out there, you fans in the trees!" since they had nothing to sit on but the ornamental plants!
That will *not* happen at Galacticon, of course.
