The shuttle in the opening is from TOS. I only saw the ones you cited but the ship "Daisy" or "Cami" was on seemed a ringer of the Agro ship.
Skuttle butt is if you look real close there is supposed to be a real battlestar upsidedown in the Rag-Tag fleet. Which was also done on a Trek paperback cover too.

I just wish someone would turn up a "lights over Caprica" Easter egg.

The Valley Forge from "Silent Running" - I thought that the Agro Ship was an excellent re-use of existing footage....

Galactic Movers was also present in the final scene of the fleet at the lower left. The electronics ship was also there.

Not from the original series, but I did love seeing SERENITY from Firefly when the President found out she had cancer.

Fleet ships
I saw the back of the Celestra in the scene when the fleet was leaving
Ragnar, as well as the Prison Barge and Gemini Freighter. Saw the Colonial Movers ship in one scene while in the Nebula at Ragnar. The fleet was in a stand still position, and also in the opening scene just following the battle at Ragnar.
Im not sure, but it looks like a shot of the Gemini Freighter with
Colonial One in one of the 1st shots of any ships in part II (it's on the right side of screen).
Also saw the ship that is shaped with 3 rings (mineral or textile ship I think) in the same shot with updated Agro ship.

Actually, you will find that almost all of the original series ships in the "rag-tag fleet". Here's why:
In the official miniseries magazine, there was an interview with Gary Hutzel and Emile Edwin Smith, two main CG artists from Zoic Studios. The question from the magazine asks (on page 93):
"In what ways are the mini-series' effects faithful to those of the original show?"
EES: "Another place we kept the effects faithful was in the design of the of the ships of the rag-tag fleet. We built almost all of the ships from the original and were able to pout them in there. It will be a nice homage to the original. I think the fans will be very pleased."
It shows several pics of TOS ships, including the shuttle, the Celestra and the aircraft-carrier-looking ship with a huge pod underneath it, along with a number of others that may have been in TOS, but were too small on the screen to be identified.

Actually -
The shots of the Fleet and all the ships in it was one of my favorite bits of the mini. That was one thing that they didn't change....except for the updated version of the Agro Ship (now Botanical Cruiser). It was a shame that it was destroyed so soon.
Best regards,
Bryan

I was stoked to see the original Fleet ships But I'm a sentimentalist when it comes to TOS ship designs and had a little trouble coming to terms with the fact that they appeared in the mini at all.
How could these ships exist in the new show? I know it's the same timeline, but how could the G herself look so different and others look the same? That makes about as much sense as reimagining the show instead of continuing the storyline... Zoic should have saved their original Fleet ships for the movie!
I did get a few weird looks from the GF when I'd jump up off the couch yelling things like "THERE'S THE GEMINI FREIGHTER!!" or "OH MAN, IT'S THE ORIGINAL SHUTTLE!!"
I think we both shed a tear when we saw what happened to the Galactica.....
