Re: Battlestar Models WIP
These are so fab! I like the Ragnar model and the Defender, and like the others I'm glad people are doing other things besides the Galactia.

Re: Battlestar Models WIP
Hey! I didn't have much time over summer But just getting back into it now. My first few WIPs will be probably be textures as I've got a fair few models waiting on that (modeled by Ice-Dragon (SFM)). Col 1 is about 50% done just now, so should have something to show soon!
I'm modeling as well, a cylon station by our concept artist jcal.

Armistice Station. Modeled by Ice-Dragon, textured by me. I know it's not what I said I was working on but felt like doing this one yesterday!
Bit much blur I know, but just started playing with render effects.
C&C Welcome!

Re: Battlestar Models WIP
I follow Ice-dragon's work "My BSG Models" over at scifi-meshes.
Like the ships that he is made, but you really do the finishing touch.
Now let's hope and pray, I'll get as good as that!

Re: Battlestar Models WIP
@ nightflyer, none of these are conversions as Steve was referring to. They are all fresh models, some by, some by Ice-Dragon and textured by me.
Unfortunately due to my uni workload I've had to drop out of working on the mod, so I don't foresee any updates to this thread anymore. Was great to work though! And your comments were all appreciated!

Re: Battlestar Models WIP
Those are wonderful!
I gotta make me one of those.
There's a store in the city where I live that sells those kits.
Any recommendations on what specific kits to buy?
