Well, I just had the pleasure of reading this story.
I could envision this as a two-part ep.
Nice job, Eric!

Thank you very much, Pete! in return.
If you see this as a two-part episode though, that does make me wonder how many parts you're going to be viewing Episode #4 by our own Senmut.

Umm, I think I hear the coffee pot a-beckoning!
Seriously, there were too many action scenes to fit this into a 1-hour block. I might have to go back to review it but, I think a break point might have been possible during the first council meeting. Kudos to the treatment for Adama....Antipas had Adama right where Adama wanted him.

Thanks! Sire Antipas is probably the one character I've created I felt that was most essential to address the complaint that Galactica too often had the Council members as buffoon type villains. Trying to come up with a formidable, serious adversary with youthful charisma was what I was looking for there. I keep thinking of Timothy Dalton in "The Lion In Winter" as the image of what Antipas would be.

Nicely written, and well paced. I really felt for Apollo when his quiet, romantic evening with Sheba was spoilled. At least they got back together for the end!
Now we just have to watch out for that Councilor...
I'm definitely going to continued reading these!

I don't know about a two parter, but the story would've made for a really strong hour long episode.

Thanks! Yes, I envisioned it more as a low-key one hour type episode. It's not until we get to VS #4 ("Relics") that the budget-busting two-parters begin.

I just read this, and i agree with Eric's comment that its a low key 1 part episode. but its very good, and i can find no flaws it.
this would very easily work as a filmed episode as is.

Re: "Matter of Honor" Discussion Thread
Vulpa II,
Sorry for the inconvenience. It appears that this is "fallout" from a server problem that we encountered, last week. I'll need to reload these files.
Thanks for letting us know.
