How many Viper model kits are there?
And which ones are available?
The Revell/Monogram kit is unavailable.
There's been several resin kits released, what were they? Are they still available?
And we know of Blue Squad's DeSanto Viper. Wonder if he'd be interested in modeling the viper with the angular thrusters. That's my favorite updated one.

I think it might be one of Darrell's designs but I'm not sure. I rarely see it, but I'll see if I can scrape up a pic.

Yep that's the one. Although I kind of like the low sides on the cockpit of #6 too.

Actually, I'm more hep to the design of #5 than to the design of the New BG viper.

Yeah me too. I don't car for the Mark VII much either. Surprisingly, I'm not that hot on the Mark IV either, I think it takes away too much detail and looks like they just put a plate of sheet metal around the engines of the Original Mark II. But it's still better than the Mark VII which looks too 50's.

Cobra then.
Anyway, I know someone had the original Viper as a resin kit out a while ago, anyone know if that's still available?
Or if anyone else is currently producing model kits?

Uh, maybe.
I think there may be some begining patterns being sculpted.
Actually....there is!!!!
Okay, I just got this e-mail from Griffworks, he's over at the Air Base in Iraq.

means a smile and
is a frown.
Well, how about some "ASSICONS?"

ANy new plastic models coming out?
I'm interested to see if anybody has heard whether or not any plastic kits of the new style BSG ships will be produced? Any info would be appreciated.
