Hey everybody!
Just popping in here to let you know about the Minnesota cons that happen every year.
Sunday April 30th (one day only) MICROCON Comic Book Convention
A smaller version (sort of, its actually gotten pretty BIG) of our FALLCON convention, but this one concentrates mostly on local talent. And it isn't JUST comics, but it stays within the comic sphere as much as possible. Great show.

And then there's FALLCON. Its a HUMONGOUS local convention. They get great artists and guests. There's movies and anime and comics and events etc. Great stuff to buy too.

For Sci-Fi Conventions, there's ConVergence every 4th of July Weekend. The largest local sci-fi show and convention, they get terriffic writers and actors as guests. Two years back they got ANDREW PROBERT (Cylon designer) and have had Peter Mayhew for the past several years as a returning guest. They generally have a pretty kick-ass costume contest too.
