Lorne Greene's voice on cd
(Okay, I hope this was the right place to put this as it involves the man who would become TOS's Commander Adama.)
While shopping at Wal-Mart today as I was looking for a Christmas song I have not heard since 1990 when I sang it in Chorus in high school in my sophmore year, I came across a wonderous and totally unexpected find. I found a cd related to Bonanza, which we all know that Lorne Greene played Ben Cartwright, the head of the Cartwright clan. I looked at the back and became intrigued by it so much that I just had to buy it. The title is Bonanza: Christmas on the Ponderosa. Lorne Greene is among the voices heard on the cd singing.
Will let you know what I think of it when I have a chance to listen to it as I have not done so yet.

He also did a song called 'Ringo'. It was more of a verbal vocal much like Shatner's 'singing'.

Two of them.
Both of them were next generation types. The late Ben Johnson played the former ranch hand-turned-manager of the Ponderosa, and the sons of Michael Landon and Dan Blocker had major roles in them.

iTunes Adama!
They have Ringo on iTunes . You can play a 30 second sample of the record, it does actually sound pretty cool! It cost 79p to download, although it aint my cup of tea.
There is also a bizzar song titled 'Lorne Greene'! It is by an artist called Bill Dant, and on the 30 second sample it appears to a recording of Lorne Greene's dialoge from Bonanza with some dude shouting "Lorne Green, Lorne Greene!" in a strange voice every now and then.
WIERD!
