you can be skinny by taking a pill!!!!
This is the pill to end all pills. IF it works.
Imagine a pill that blocks the chemical reaction that makes you fat.

many years ago they used to market a pill that could make you skinny. In the pill were some tape worm eggs...yup no joke the tape worm would grow inside of you consume most of the nutrients you did and keep you nice and skinny!  of course the people purchasing this were not aware of the pills contents...  |

I guess that means I can't patent my tapeworm diet idea.
I carry several extra pounds. I could stand to lose about 20#, but a few months back, during a period of depression and poverty, I made the amazing discovery that if you do not eat, you will lose weight.

Don't be too SURE about that Darth. I had bronchitis/pneumonia this year.
I was living on fat free vegatable broth and a bit of water ...........I gained
32lbs within a week.
For the record Darth by simply exercising and eating in moderation I've lost
22lbs and several dress sizes. I was a size 3x .......I am NOW a standard
size 14..........

my way of losing a little bit of my spare tire is to drink water during the day, walk and limit my intake of food! so far I have lost 2 pounds!

I could stand to lose about 40 pounds. I'm 5'10 and weigh about 227. I'm not really fat in most of my body, just my belly and midsection. I have a pot belly that precedes me like a reputation, and love handles big enough for duffle bags. But the rest of me, aside from being out of shape and flabby, is not big at all. I'm not a bad looking fella, but my stomach is what stands out as unattractive. Unfortunately I have a stomach hernia and a groin hernia (which thankfully hasn't pained me in a long time), so sit-ups and strenuous excercise are not a feasible means to lose me big belly.

Well I've been 5'2" and weighed 115 lbs since I was 15. I never worry about my weight always eat what ever I want the most I've ever been was 120 lbs. I would like to have better muscle definition than I do, but other than that I'm very happy with my body |

I' 5'2 also! I remember when I used to be 115........then I had a child! Haven't seen 115 again! Been close, but think I need that pill Tom's been talking about

I have one of me and a friend that was taken when Kev and I were on our honeymoon. Just gotta remember what disk its on.
14th, I accept who I am but since my foot surgery in '01 and the long recovery that followed I have gained some weight that I have been desperately trying to lose.
