My first memory is of a dream I had while sleeping in my crib I was less than 18 months. In my room there was a window and just below that window on the first floor there was a peaked roof I dreamt that I had fallen out of the window and crashed onto the roof below, it was a very upsetting and disturbing dream and I remember it woke me up.
what is your favourite childhood memory?

I woke up crying one night, and my mother came and held me for a while. I don't think I had ever felt safer.
Favorite animal?

Favorite animal? Dogs, paws down!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Let me recommend, Excalibur, when you make your own pizza, use crushed tomatos instead of sauce, and season them with garlic salt, parmesian cheese and oregano. Toss on some black pepper if you want a little kick. When it's about half way done, SMOTHER it in cheese!!!!!!!!!!!!
Which leads to a great question: What's your favorite cheese?
I've got a great recipe for pizza and bread dough. Been makin' my own for going on 18 years now. See, and you guys thought I was only good at banging my head against the wall...
Regards,
GA

And yes Rowan, ye of tiny monitor, if you like I'll post my recipe over on the What's for Dinner thread.

Other than Galactica, what's your favorite TV show?

When I lived in New York (Long Island) a station in Connecticut used to play old radio shows every Sunday night. Boston Blackie was my favorite then, but I have a couple dozen Shadow episodes on CD now. I'll have to go with the Shadow!!
What's you favorite novel, fantasy, scifi or otherwise, and who is you favorite novel character, fantasy, scifi or otherwise?

Fav Novel ?! ack you ask all the tough questions!! once again it's a toss up between "The Dispossessed" "Dune" and "My Family and Other Animals" (which technically is not a novel) all of which I have read many times over.
My favourite characters are Lord Alaric Morgan and Alaina MacGaren because I most identify with their personas.
How often to you read a book?

When I was younger, I was in a mild earthquake, but it must not have made much of an impression, because I don't remember anything about it. Like I said, MILD!

Why do some people stay logged in to AIM or Yahoo when they're nowhere near their comp or have their sound turned off?
