I'm an aunt!
My brother and his wife just had little Samantha Grace come into the world today. My mom was so flustered she didn't tell me anything other than her name....
I'm an aunt, only ever been an aunt-in-law before.

I'm just so happy that mom and baby are doing well. I did find out later that Samatha was 7lbs. 4oz. but they don't know how long she is--the nurses didn't write it down for them yet! :laugh: Oh, she came into the world nearly 10 days early.... guaranteed to have a party on her birthday, somewhere, no matter what. Happy Cinco de Mayo everyone!

Congratulations jewels! I am going to be an aunt for the first time in September so I am looking forward to being as excited as you are. I already told my sister that, as payment for her being a bratty little sister when we were kids, I planned on buying the noisiest and most obnoxious toys... in bulk!
