I thought this story might be interesting because it is very much a "real" story, one where the players involved dealing with the strategic and governmental elements are making decisions that will affect them down the line which can not be fixed by roleplaying if they screwed up. Essentially, instead of the roleplaying determining the action, it's the action that determines the roleplay.
Who knows if this is going to work, it's all an experiment.
