Default Jeannie Borrows Bewitched's Hubby
Hi all! I saw an episode of I Dream of Jeannie and was really surprised. Co-starring as a country lawyer in Jeannie was none other than Dick Sargent who became Bewitched's Samantha hubby number 2 after Mr. York's back injury caused him to leave the show. Darrin in Jeannie? Even funnier, Dick Sargent leans over to say hi to a buddy -- the name?

LOL Thats funny! I dont remeber the Sargent cameo, ill have to look again. Jennie and Witch had great actors with really great comedic timing, things I dont see very often today,but then again I dont watch much TV.

hehehe! I loved Jeannie and Bewitched!

One extra bit of trivia, Barbara Eden's real life hubby was Michael Ansara who played Kane on Buck Rogers. He also is the voice for Mr Freeze on the new animated Batman cartoons.

Hi Blue Mule and Conundrum .

Yeah, I heard Michael Ansara was Barbara Eden's hubby. He guest stars several times in Jeannie and if you look closely she looks at him more specially than anyone else. He plays a rival genie in one ep and King Kamehameha in another. Thank you for reminding me .

Funny thing about the 2 shows, in both of them the premise is to prevent any magic from happening, which makes you want it all the more. I wonder how many people would /really/ say no to miracles like that...

actually I think the guy playing Col Tigh could be a
body double for bewitched's hubby........at least in the face anyway.
