I'd have to say Armageddon,

I remember back in 1999 when I used to run a Science Fiction chat room. One day we hit on the subject of Battlestar Galactica. Most people who took part in the chat were scapers and were into just about every single Sci Fi show out there.

But there was one member in this group who I would talk to frequently in private messages. She was a huge Battlestar Galactica fan and she educated me about the fact that Richard Hatch was writing a Galactica novel. In fact her excitement about the book was so infectious that I ordered my copy almost imediatley after our conversation via Amazon.

At this point I was actually watching re runs of Galactica on the UK Sci Fi channel so it was all fresh in my mind, It would be on every night at 7pm and a repeat showing at 1am. So it was no coincidence that the subject would come up in my Chat.

Sadly after awhile the chat folded, and my friend passed away of Cancer about 2 years ago. But she left me with a great gift. A new passion for Battlestar Galactica.

Same here BSG_Sci_fi Pulse. Powerful story you just shared there. With BG so fresh in everyone's mind it's a wonder how people like the PTB big wigs in hollywood think of remaking such a well known and beloved series? since it left a huge lasting impact.

To answer you question though you're right "Armageddon" was the best followed close by Warhawk. not sure about how people view the last two novels, but Richard Hatch's stuff is far more epic and powerful vision of BG than Moore's and Bonnie Hammer's version of BG will be?
