Happy Birthday, BSG!!!!!
I can always remember this date as well since it's also my sister in law's birthday!! Not only that, but nine years ago, my wife's mother had a massive heart attack on this date and almost died. Thank the Lord she's doing fine and still going strong today!!!
so, my Sept. 17ths are always filled with incredible memories...

I'm so envious, Aphrodite! I'm at work all day and wasn't able even to watch Saga! Hope you had a great time.

I can't figure out how Galactica is 31 years old when I'm still only 25 ...

Happy Birthday, BG! Still love ya after all these years! Saga will be in my DVD player within the next hour. Hope the neighbors don't mind 2 hours of laser torpedoes, explosions, FANTASTIC Stu Phillips music, etc.--I'm cranking the stereo.

Re: Happy Birthday, BG!
31 yahrens ago (or would that be 15 1/2? whatever) I sat in front of my TV MEZMORIZED by the three hour premiere.
I bought the Marvel Comics adaption, the photo-novels, the models, a VCR (new in those days) to record episodes, I put a cockpit in my Viper model, made an Apollo costume (still have the shirt w/accurate pins & stuff), made the gun out of cardboard & acrylic paint (sounds cheap, but it looked great), briefly dated a female Viper pilot I met at a convention...
Ahhh, the memories.
Happy Birthday, BSG!

Re: Happy Birthday, BG!
Missing it by 2 years is nearly unforgivable!!
Mr Noble, what would you suggest we do with this "warrior-not a math teacher" person?

Re: Happy Birthday, BG!
Belated happy returns to a show that it seems has left a long-lasting mark ever since I was sat down to watch it aged 7 or so. Lumme...that was nearly 20 years ago.
All the best Galactica.

While I'm not mathematically minded myself, I think he should at the most be forced to watch 'The Misadventures of Sheriff Lobo' on continuous loop for a day!

Re: Happy Birthday, BG!
Unfortunately, I was busy all Saturday and did not get to watch any BSG that day, but it is so part of my psyche that I don't even need to watch it!!!! Happy B-Day, BSG....was, is and will always be my all-time favorite show!

Re: Happy Birthday, BG!
I'll watch Fire in Space probably. For the heck of it. A kind of tribute viewing to BSG

They actual thread/start of the thread he replied to is from 2009 when BG was in fact 31 years old.... it's confusing, so give him some slack?

Ditto. Along with Sept. 13th. (The day the Moon blew out of orbit, back in 1999. )

Are you a member at Tombs of Kobol?
If so, log in and look at the member list, under "S".
If not, register and then, repeat the above.
I'm a stinker, yes?
