(BSG) Alive (new short wip)
At it again.
Thunderstruck0videos Another original video- as in you will never see anywhere else.
A new project. I came across this track also by X Ray Dog, and was thinking of using it.
Then it hit me. I thought of Ghostbusters circa 1984. And I went in search of those first spoken immortal words from NuBSG, Are you Alive? added some reverb and mixed it in.
Now It will become a video. <Spoiler alert>

This may change as it always does. So I may scrap and start new scenes.

So much to learn , so little time, and so many ideas with so little knowledge and so much to discover with so many things to try.

Re: (BSG) Alive (new short wip)
This I been trying to make it a dreamy look-feel to it- as if dreaming it.

Think I will let this one die. Got more ideas. Stay Tuned.
Best thing for this track is to at break, switch to all the sex scenes in the series will do it.

Re: (BSG) Alive (new short wip)
Both of those were pretty sweet lookin', TS. Keep it up.
Heh....you seem to have the same idea that I had in my fanfic "Galactica: The Last Battlestar". The Galactica is the original ship from the 1978 series, and the Pegasus is the Pegasus from the Ron Moore series.

I'm jealous of anyone who can do that kind of thing - and very appreciative, too.
But why the Wing Commander fighters?

Re: (BSG) Alive (new short wip)
Okay ALL scrapped and got a "new Plan" lmao
Been wanting to do some kind of NuBsg vid, but, Not really that into the NuBSg
it makes it harder to think up something.
Now this track and a video- Breaking to clips of all the soft porn that was in the show, would make a good video I think, but am not one to go bouncing round looking for clips to record and edit.
So, here is a look at a new look/feel Video Wip.

I dont see any WC Fighters?
Regards,
Randal R.

Re: (BSG) Alive (new short wip)
I was teasing a little, Randal.
I found the "Cylon" fighter design to be derivative, as I understand the term; like the flight suits, etc. (indeed, nearly all the costuming), there was nothing really unique or special to them, not like the classic Cylon Raider. And I'd heard reference to "Wing Commander" specifically as having very similar fighter designs. Hence my little dig (which was truly meant to be humorous).
But I was serious when I said I was jealous of anyone with your kind of talent.

OH OH Okay, I totally missed that -yeah, I agree with the NuRaider- IT does suck.
Actually after arming the model, there is a design flaw, it could actually shoot itself IMO.
Here is an updated Video.
IDK what I plan on doing but it seems to be coming along fine..

Re: (BSG) Alive (new short wip)
More cool footage there, TS. Nice job.
I personally don't have a problem with the new Raider. I like seeing new and classic side by side.
The only Cylon Raiders I have probs with are the AB Raider from Galactica 1980, and the banana shaped Tom DeSanto/Brian Singer Raider which appeared in the PS2/Xbox Galactica video game.
