Default Here she is...the CYLON BASESTAR

Well, here is my Cylon basestar. As I predicted, I finished it in less than half the time it took me to build a battlestar. (Largely because the detailing is so redundant.) It only took two days. The symmetry was pretty tough to get down, and I still haven't got it perfect....but for a shooting CG model, this will serve my needs just fine. I hope you like this model. The hull lighting was added on in iClone.
She's scaled to be slightly larger than a battlestar, which was always my understanding anyways.

Yeah, I can agree with that. I'll try dimming down the lights some...to about what they are on my battlestar.

Sir, I'll have you know that I always glue my models in a well-ventilated closet.

Seriously, love your images!

So THAT's the secret! I was wondering why I always got light headed when trying to put my Trek models together!

Most kind. Thank you very much.
I'm gonna do a few more models, and then hopefully get started in earnest on my YouTube Galactica series I've had in my head for a while now.
