Do you have any old Doctor Who episodes - ALL please read !

Hi all,

I have been studying the stories of the old archives of the BBC (British Broadcasting Corporation) and how they destroyed vast amounts of reel2reel master tapes. 108 episodes of Doctor Who have been lost.

- Does anybody have old reel to reel tapes of the old B&W serials of Dr. Who ?

- Did anybody's eccentric parent point an 8mm video camera at a TV screen in the 1960s ?

Here's the one that might be a bit more likely :

The Jon Pertwee (Third Doctor) series was broadcast in America and Canada, such as on KCET in Los Angeles in colour in 1978.

All of the third Doctor episodes exist, but some are only in Black and White. If anybody used an early video recorder(they did exist!) to record these...they can be used to re-colourise the B&W prints.

So on the off chance anybody has anything........I'm posting this here.....nothing ventured nothing gained !!!
